It is to be kept in mind that refund would be issued once the package is received at our office. The amount to be refunded is would be released after deduction of 10% which will be restocking fee. Only one refund is issued per person. The containers/jars must be securely packed in order to avoid any damage.

• The address on which the product is to be returned would be provided by call or email.
• Number of containers to be returned should be mentioned.
• Product should be securely packed.
• The product must be shipped back to us within 24 hours of receiving the reference number.
• The customer must bear the parcel or courier charges,
• Only the containers which are unused will be refunded.
• The refund would be initiated within 48 hours once the product is received.
• 10% restocking fee would be deducted before issuing refund.
